The ?ULTIMATE? asset tags are under surface printed (the print is sealed between the material and the adhesive layer). We use a LEXAN Polycarbonate material with a choice of three high performance strong bond adhesives. Printed in full colour you can have any design, include logos and text at no additional cost. All labels can have sequential numbers, bar codes, QR codes and datamatrix codes. (Add a note with the order for QR or Datamatrix).

Description

These labels were developed within guidelines to meet the requirements of the most demanding environments, from aviation to building sites the 250mic Lexan Polycarbonate construction combined with the exceptional performance of the adhesive range provide the perfect solution. The longer the label is in place the harder it is to remove.

All labels can be manufactured with sequential numbers, bar codes, QR codes or datamatrix either as a sequence of numbers or supplied on a database.

A choice of two finishes LEXAN Polycarbonate in a High Gloss or Textured Velvet surface finish.

A choice of 3 adhesives (Allow to cure in place for a minimum of 72hrs):

3M 467 ? 60mic ? suitable for most applications with smoother surfaces
3M 468 ? 130mic ? for uneven, rough and textured surfaces
ADH-Flex200 – 40mic ? Higher initial tack suitable for smooth low energy surfaces

Although our most expensive asset tag the long term durability and superior adhesion makes these labels a suitable replacement for expensive metal tags.
