Barcodes for Business is pleased to announce a partnership with Cold Stone Creamery in London. The Cold Stone Creamery is an American international ice cream parlor chain. Headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, the company is owned and operated by Kahala Brands. The company’s main product is premium ice cream and expanded its menu with other ice cream-related products, including ice cream cakes, pies, cookie sandwiches, smoothies, shakes, and iced or blended coffee drinks. We installed our fully integrated Bubble Tea POS software which works with the range of Elo hardware. The system composes of the following:

 

• Elo Self-service kiosks 22” to help deliver fast service, accurate orders, liberating experiences and increased profits.
• Bubble Tea Point of Sale software with its specialist application links to the label printer in the kitchen for the drinks
• Kitchen Touch screen monitor for all open orders and tracking the time for producing Bubble Tea drinks
• Bubble Tea Printer for labelling the customers drinks

 

Thanks to the Barcodes for Business’s Bubble Tea self-service kiosk, Cold Stone Creamery now has a faster customer throughput, improved customer service, and, most importantly, more staff to assist where it is needed, such as making bubble teas.
