Mobile Device Repair Service
We offer a free of charge assessment service on all repairs, providing you with total peace of mind that you will only pay for repairs when the cost has been approved.
Once the faulty devices have been assessed by one of our experienced in-house technicians, a repair quotation is emailed for your approval. Should you not, for any reason, wish to proceed with any of the quoted repairs the devices are returned un-repaired at no charge.
Regular customers can also register onto our online repair portal enabling them to manage all their own repair jobs themselves. Please contact us for more details.
Repair Support Contracts
Extended or Comprehensive Warranty agreements enable customers to purchase fixed term contracts to cover all of the costs associated with servicing mobile products during their lifetime in the field. These contracts enable customers to budget for all repair costs in advance. The agreements cover standard warranty repairs, normal wear and tear, and in the case of comprehensive cover – internal & external damage caused by accidental breakage.
Extended or Comprehensive Warranty contracts cover hardware for either a 3 or 5 year period but must be taken out within 30 days of deployment of the products in the field.
We can offer an ad-hoc repair service or extended support contract for the following manufacturers:
- M3 Mobile
- Nordic ID
- Extended Warranty cover starts from as little as £30.00 per year
- Comprehensive Warranty cover starts from as little as £37.50 per year
Prices are based on 5 year agreements. 3 year options are also available.
