Maintenance support is provided from our highly-trained team of professional engineers and this service can help reduce the load on your company’s own technical staff. Instead of having to deal with hardware break downs and disruption, they can instead focus on normal aspects of your core business.

Maintenance & repair work can be either contracted or purchased ad-hoc, and can be spread across multiple sites with variable quantities Work is carried out either on site or in our repair workshop. We also endeavour to provide clients total flexibility with out-of-hours, or shutdown work.

Why buy a support contract?

 

When buying any new equipment there is often a tendency to overlook additional support contracts in order to keen the price down however, in reality, the business risks involved with not having a maintenance contract often outweigh the cost of a service contract and going ad hoc could cost up being far more in the long run.

Here’s why:

 

The client risks costly downtime – Adhoc support does not offer a fix time resulting in unnecessary downtime for the business.

Adhoc calls can be expensive – An adhoc call out fee of £149.00 plus parts can end up costing far more than a service contract.

Arranging adhoc call outs is time consuming – Dealing with equipment failure and arranging and getting authorisation for ad hoc call outs takes time to raise orders and paperwork and diverts key staff away from their core activities.

Contract Periods Available: 1, 2 & 3 years for all makes and models except Zebra (1 & 3 year options only).

On Site Response Times: 1. Same Working Day* (4 hours); 2. Next Working Day (8 Hours); 3. Two Workings Days.

Contract Details: All manufacturers parts and labour is included. Standard cover excludes consumable items: Print Heads, Platen Rollers.

Comprehensive cover option includes accidental damage, all parts & labour, Print Heads & Platen Rollers (Zebra printer range only).

Prices: Quantity Discounts Available.

1. Return to Base –  Desktop printers from £40 per year and Industrial printers from £65 per year.
2. On Site Contract – Desktop printers from £90 per year (2 day response) and Industrial printers from £150 per year (2 day response).
